Giuliana Cavallini

Giuliana Cavallini is a prominent scholar known for her extensive work on Saint Catherine of Siena. She served as the Director of the Centro Nazionale di Studi Cateriniani in Rome and was the editor of Catherine’s Dialogue, a significant account of Catherine’s mystical conversations with God.

Cavallini has authored numerous key works on Catherine, including Things Visible and Invisible — Images in the Spirituality of St. Catherine of Siena. Additionally, she wrote a biography of St. Martin de Porres, titled Saint Martin de Porres, Apostle of Charity, which was published in 1963.
