Bishop Henry Grey Graham

Bishop Henry Grey Graham (1874–1959) was a Scottish Catholic convert, priest, and later a bishop, best known for his apologetic writings that defended Catholic teachings and addressed misconceptions about the Church. Originally a Presbyterian minister, he converted to Catholicism in 1903 after extensive theological study and reflection.

Graham became a prolific writer, and his works, including the popular Where We Got the Bible — Our Debt to the Catholic Church, were aimed at explaining the Catholic faith and its historical roots, particularly regarding the development and preservation of the Bible. Appointed as Auxiliary Bishop of St. Andrews and Edinburgh in 1930, he continued to promote Catholic education and apologetics. His life and work remain an inspiration for converts and defenders of the faith.
