St. Francis Caracciolo
St. Francis is noted for his ardent love for Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament. He founded the Order of Clerks Regular, who took turns in perpetual adoration of the Blessed Sacrament. Francis was commonly called the Preacher of Divine Love.
Gentle was he, wise, pure, and lowly hearted,
Sober and modest, ever foe to strife,
While in his frame there flowed as yet unparted
Currents of life.

The Imitation of Christ
Grace walketh in simplicity, turneth aside all appearance for evil, offereth no deceits, and doth all things purely for God, in Whom also it resteth as its last end.
Devotion to the Blessed Sacrament is closely coupled with devotion to the Sacred Heart, for devotion to the Sacred Heart is devotion to the love of Christ.
Using terms that we more readily understand, we may say that the Sacred Heart in the Blessed Sacrament beats with joy when the church door opens and you dash in even if for just two seconds to say “I stopped in to say I love You, Lord, and I am thinking of You all the while. We are having a test in history this afternoon, and I would like to do well. I shall drop In after school to tell You of it.”
Even if a mother should forget her child, yet will not I forget Thee.
